1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

My Effortless Digital Solution offers affordable digital services for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Website creation and maintenance
  • Google Business profile optimization
  • Basic SEO setup

Specific services provided depend on the subscription package selected.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
  • Upon cancellation, your website will be deactivated, and all associated content may be removed. If you would like to retain your website, we offer a €1,000 buyout option. This option must be exercised before cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to create or maintain your website
  • Review and approve content or changes promptly
  • Not use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content we create specifically for you (e.g., text, designs, layouts) is yours after full payment.
  • Our templates, systems, or backend frameworks remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or resold without permission.

7. Website Availability & Maintenance

  • We strive to keep your site live and running smoothly.
  • Post-launch web design hours depend on the subscription package you select:
    • Tier 1 (€20/month) includes 1 hour of post-launch web redesign.
    • Tier 2 (€50/month) includes 2 hours of post-launch web redesign.
    • Tier 3 (€150/month) includes 6 hours of post-launch web redesign.
  • Additional work beyond the included hours is billed at €75/hour.
  • We are not liable for temporary outages or issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue or business due to website downtime
  • User errors or misuse of the site
  • External SEO performance, rankings, or Google algorithm changes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your site may be taken offline and data may be deleted.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions where applicable. If you are located in another country, your use of the service is subject to local compliance as well.
